Give a Cute, Cuddly Bear to a Child Undergoing Treatment at Shands!
Thank you so much to all of the amazing K COUNTRY listeners who donated bears during the 11th K COUNTRY Stop! Children's Cancer Bear-A-Thon held February 10, 2010. You've helped raise over $40,000 this year! We appreciate you so much, and know that you have made the difference in the life of a child battling cancer.

In addition to purchasing the bears, listeners are able to call in and bid on the many incredible auction items procured by the staff at K-COUNTRY. Past items have included autographed guitars, concert tickets with backstage passes and a country music cruise. This year items included:
•Pit Tickets to a Taylor Swift Concert
•Tickets to the CMA Awards Ceremony in Las Vegas
•Autographed Items: guitars, CD's, posters, hats, etc. - Rascal Flatts, Lady Antebellum, Tim Tebow, and more!
Listeners encompassing the Jacksonville-Daytona Beach-Orlando-Crystal River and as far north as Georgia areas can all participate in the event. The 2009 Bear-A-Thon generated over $37,000 in pledges!
