Kick off the holiday season and experience this heartwarming and inspiring concert!

The holiday concert features area high school choruses, the Alachua County Youth Orchestra and the Gainesville Youth Chorus and highlights the high level of artistic and cultural achievment from these schools and community groups.

These young musicians (instrumentalists and vocalists) continue to bring both smiles and tears to our audience each year. The groups featured in 2011 include:

The Alachua County Youth Orchestra
Gainesville Youth Chorus

The Villages High School Concert Choir
P.K. Yonge Vocal Ensemble

The tradition continues under the direction of Professor Gary Langford, Conductor for the Alachua County Youth Orchestra. In 2008 we said goodbye to Dr. Russell Robinson, the "Founding Musical Director" of Holiday Traditions after 12 incredible years of service.

The 2010 performance was rebroadcast on WUFT-TV and WLUF-TV on December 18th, December 20th, December 24th and December 25th, 2010. You can purchase your copy of the event in our online shop.
